Now Accepting Reservations for Shincha!
For a tea company, the most energetic time of year is the season after the thaw of winter, when we prepare to release the year's new harvest of green tea called Shincha. Each year variables such as the weather conditions in Kyoto will affect how the tea tastes, so we are excited to try this year's harvest in a little over a month. See below for information about Shincha reservations as well as other teas to try while counting down the days until Shincha's release.

Discounted Shincha Reservations Until April 30th
Each year we take reservations for Shincha from April 1st to 30th at a discounted price before its release in the first few weeks of May. Though each year varies, we expect every year of Shincha to have a full flavor, a lingering aftertaste, and the strength and liveliness that only freshly harvested tea can provide. As soon as it's ready, we will ship the Shincha off to those who have made their reservations.

As the name suggests, this matcha is made from the absolute highest grade of tea leaves and is sold each year in a limited quantity until stock runs out.
