Every year, we release our new harvest of sencha tea as soon as possible after it is picked in early May. This tea is called Shincha, and we always look forward to tasting its fresh, eye-opening flavor.

Shincha is known for its just-picked energy and its full-forced, lingering aftertaste. Each year, Shincha takes on a one-of-a-kind character depending on the weather in Kyoto, making this tea truly limited. We are anxiously awaiting our first taste of this year's harvest.
